Our Program Principles & Approach

Golden English Course is an English language institution in Indonesia dedicated to empowering learners with practical, effective, and globally relevant English communication skills. Our mission is to provide a dynamic learning environment where students and communities can develop language proficiency, professional competence, and global perspectives.

To support this mission, Golden English Course has established program guidelines to ensure that all activities align with our educational values and learning objectives. We welcome organizations, professionals, and communities to collaborate with us in organizing educational events at Golden English Course. With a wide range of learning programs conducted regularly, we invite partners to be part of meaningful and impactful educational experiences.

All programs are conducted in our classrooms, workshop areas, and learning spaces. Selected programs may be recorded or livestreamed, allowing participation both on-site and virtually, depending on the event format.

What are the criteria to propose and organize an event?

All proposed programs must have a clear educational focus related to English language learning or global communication skills. This may include:

  • Speakers or facilitators with strong academic or professional experience using English
  • Programs that enhance English proficiency, professional communication, or global competencies
  • Topics relevant to education, career development, or international perspectives

  • Education, Leadership, and Communication in a Global Context

Proposal Submission Guidelines

Timeline Requirement

Event proposals must be submitted at least six (6) weeks prior to the proposed event date to allow adequate review and scheduling.

Each proposal must include:

  • A brief description of you or your organization
  • Event concept and learning objectives
  • Event format
  • Theme and key topics
  • Target audience
  • Interactive session plan (how participants will actively engage)
  • Proposed date and time (minimum six weeks after submission)
  • Speaker or facilitator biographies, including their relevance or expertise related to English education or global communication

Audience Engagement Requirement

Golden English Course strongly values interactive learning. All events are expected to include interactive elements beyond standard Q&A sessions, such as:

  • Group discussions
  • Simulations
  • Practice sessions
  • Quizzes
  • Collaborative activities

Important Terms and Conditions

Please Note

  • All events organized at Golden English Course are open to the public
  • Participation in events must be free of charge for attendees

We do not accept proposals that:

  • Promote specific commercial brands or products
  • Conduct monetary transactions during the event
  • Charge audiences any attendance fees
  • Promote political agendas or sensitive political views

Golden English Course is committed to maintaining a neutral, inclusive, and educational environment.

After Proposal Approval

Once approved, our team will work closely with you to plan, schedule, and promote the event to our learning community.

As Golden English Course manages multiple programs each month, the proposed date may not always be available. Please include alternative dates in your proposal whenever possible.

Promotional Guidelines

Any use of the Golden English Course name or logo for promotional purposes must receive prior written approval. All promotional materials, including digital and on-site materials, must be reviewed and approved in advance.
